These terms apply when you enquire about or book an experience with Elephant Fun. By using our website or confirming a booking, you agree to them.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from our team. Details such as timing, location and inclusions are agreed in advance and may vary with the season and local conditions.

Payments

Applicable charges, advance amounts and balance payments are shared at the time of confirmation. A booking is treated as confirmed only once the agreed advance has been received.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared with your confirmation. Where an experience is affected by weather, animal welfare needs or events beyond our control, we will offer a suitable alternative date or arrangement.

Animal Welfare & Safety

The comfort and health of our elephants always comes first. Our team may adjust or pause an experience to protect the animals or guests, and guests are asked to follow all safety guidance from our handlers.

Liability

Guests take part in experiences at their own discretion and are expected to follow instructions provided on site. To the extent permitted by law, Elephant Fun is not liable for issues arising from a failure to follow such guidance.
